I hear you. When you're deep in it, even the idea of 'fixing yourself' can feel overwhelming or pointless. But I want you to know that you don’t need to have everything figured out right now. Sometimes the goal isn't to fix yourself, it's just to take one tiny step, like getting out of bed, drinking some water, or talking to someone. That is progress.
